Order Placement and Payment

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card or PayPal account. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You will be required to provide your shipping and billing information at checkout.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Please allow 5-7 business days for international shipping.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized gifts. This is because each gift is made to order and is specifically designed for the recipient.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to address them.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds

We will issue a refund for any order that is canceled or placed by mistake within 24 hours of placing it. For orders that are canceled before 24 hours, we will issue a refund minus a6% Administration fee. For orders that have crossed 24 hours, there will beno refund.
